Q3: Can you custom make as our design and requirement?

Yes, please kindly send your design drawing and detail requirement to us.

Q4:What is you lead time?

Our normal lead time for one-three sets of sign is 5-7days. Major delivery way are DHL, Fedex, UPS,Air delivery and Sea shipping.

Q5:What about your sign price?

Our sign is customized and have different materials and techology,so the price also different.

Q7:What are your payment terms?

We ask for a 50% upfront payment to start production. It can be paid via wire transfer. The balance
payment will be needed before the shipment.

Yes, we provide 3 years warrenty for the product.

Q9:How do you packing the sign?

Inside is the protective EPE box and individual carton box, outside is strong wooden package for
gaint letters with metal strip outside.

Q10:How to install product?
The installation drawing and all accessories will be shipped with the products. If there is any problem of installation,
